The petitioner seeks execution of an order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 against the respondent no.5. The respondent no.6 is present in Court today. He submits that he is willing to clear all the dues of the petitioner subject to grant of short time. He further submits that within a period of two weeks from today, Rs.2,50,000/- would be deposited with the petitioner.
