When the above matter is called out, the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners tendered draft amendments across the bar. According to the Petitioners, these amendments are necessitated in view of certain subsequent developments and especially in light of the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent No.1. October 21, 2024 Aarti Palkar

7.WP.10412.2024.doc Considering these facts and also taking into account that this is a pre-admission amendment, we do not see any impediment in allowing the amendments as per the draft amendments handed in. 2.

In these circumstances, the Schedule of Amendments tendered across the bar is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Petitioners are permitted to amend the above Writ Petition as per the said draft. These amendments shall be carried out on or before 25th October, 2024 and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on the Respondents within a period of one week thereafter. If any of the Respondents want to file a further affidavit in reply to the amended Petition, they are free to do so within a period of one week from the amended Petition being served upon them.

We now place the above matter on Board for ad-interim reliefs on 25th November, 2024.
