It is seen from the record that the contesting Respondent Nos. 1/1 to 1/6 are served and are appearing through Advocate. It is submitted that the Petitioner has filed affidavit of service stating that all the Respondents are served.

By the impugned order, the application filed by the contesting Respondents/Plaintiffs for amendment is allowed and the same is being challenged only by Defendant No.2.

Therefore, completion of Court's service upon rest of the Respondents need not be waited for.
