Heard Mr. Sumit V. Khaire, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The only ground on which the motion of no confidence which was passed against the Sarpanch, by a majority of 14:1, out of 15 members present, is that the petitioner was not allowed to speak. A perusal of the minutes of the meeting dated 29.05.2024, (page 21) would indicate that it records, that the Sarpanch was allowed to speak in the meeting, considering which the ground is factually incorrect. No other ground is raised. Petition is dismissed.
