It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that during the pendency of the present proceedings a meeting was held between all stake-holders and the Deputy Director of Education has on 27 September 2024 taken a decision by which Respondent No.7 has been directed to continue to run the school in question for the current academic year. It is noted that on 7 August 2024, the Education Officer (Secondary) had issued similar directions to Respondent No.7. 2.

In view of this order, nothing survives for consideration in Writ Petition No. 10428 of 2024. It is accordingly disposed of as having served its purpose.
