Heard Mr. More, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. He would submit that considering the date of birth of Respondent of 24 June 1961, he had attained the age of superannuation on 24 June 2021. Ignoring this fact the Labour Court has directed his reinstatement. Issue notice to Respondent No.1, returnable on 25 September 2024. Till the next date of hearing there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) subject to the condition of deposit of 50% backwages from 17 May 2018 to 24 June 2021arising out of Award dated 2 November 2022 on or before 31 August 2024.
