The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this Writ Petition is for expeditious disposal of the Appeal that was preferred by the petitioner for challenging the order dated 29th June 2024 passed by the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Fisheries. By that order, the contract for undertaking fishing at Hingani Lake came to be awarded to one M/s. Ambika Matsyavyavsay Sahakari Sanstha Ltd. for a period from 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2029. On the last date it was informed that the Appeal came to be decided on 22nd July 2024. Hence, the matter was kept today.

Today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for review has been filed against the order dated 22nd July 2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the review application.

In view of aforesaid, the review application preferred by the petitioner before the Commissioner of Fisheries shall be decided on its own merits after hearing all parties within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order.

All contentions of parties on merits are kept open. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
