The only prayer made in the Writ Petition is for a direction to be issued to the 2nd Respondent-Fees Regulating Authority to consider the Petitioner's grievance made to it on 15th May 2024 in the matter of the amount of fees payable by her while undertaking education at the 5th Respondent-Medical College. On the ground that such grievance was received by Fees Regulating Authority on 16th May 2024 and the same has not been decided, the Petitioner has approached this Court. 2.

In the light of the aforesaid, it is directed that the Fees Regulating Authority shall decide the aforesaid application on its own merit and in accordance with law after hearing all concerned parties. The decision in that regard be taken within a period of 6 weeks of receiving copy of this order.

Needless to state that any party aggrieved by such adjudication is free to initiate appropriate legal process. All points on merits are kept open.
