The petition questions the order dated 18.09.2023 and 16.04.2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 & 5 as well as the learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 3 have no objection, considering which the petition is disposed off by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the revision application within a period of four weeks from today, subject to the undertaking, by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the copies of the revision filed by him before the respondent No.1 shall be served upon Mr. Kaustubh Thipsay, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.4 & 5 today itself. 4.

The parties shall appear before the respondent No.1 on 02.08.2024.
