The order which is challenged in this Writ Petition is dated 24th November 2023 passed by the Court of Sixth Civil Judge, Junior Division - Kolhapur (Page No.58). On an Application moved by third party, a direction was given to the Plaintiff to add him as a party Defendant. One of the contentions is, this third party is Appellant in First Appeal pending before the Kolhapur District Court. 3.
