Considering the nature of directions proposed to be issued, service on respondent nos.3 to 6 is dispensed with. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. The petitioner has preferred a revision application seeking to raise a challenge to the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. It is the case of the petitioner that alongwith the revision application a separate application for grant of interim relief has been filed. The same is however not yet considered. 2.

In aforesaid facts, the interest of justice would be served by issuing the following directions:- 1/2

17-WP-10469-24.doc Rameshwar Dilwale i) The respondent no.1 shall consider the stay application preferred by the petitioner within a period of two weeks of being served with copy of this order. ii) The petitioner shall serve copy of this order also on respondent nos.3 to 6. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of either party.

Keeping all points raised open, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions.
