Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Ms. Chaitrali Deshmukh, learned counsel representing the respondent nos.2 and 3-Corporation.

Having regard to the nature of amendment sought, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 9(a).

Necessary amendment in the writ petition shall be incorporated by the learned counsel for the petitioner in terms of the Schedule -1 appended to the Interim Application during the course of the day. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall also supply the amended copy of the writ petition to the learned counsel representing the respondents by Monday, 5th August, 2024. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. WRIT PETITION/10529/2024 6.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.4, returnable on 20th August, 2024. Hamdast is permitted. 7.

In the meantime, respondents-Corporation shall file affidavit-in-reply within 10 (ten) days; rejoinder-affidavit thereto, if any, may be filed by the petitioner by the next date of listing.
