The learned Counsel for the Respondent - University points out that the Petitioners have not referred to the background in detail in which the notices have been issued. It is pointed out that the employees working in these institutions have filed the Writ
13. WP 10543.24.doc Petitions wherein the orders passed by the Grievance Committee in their favour were not being implemented. The Petitioners had earlier filed the Writ Petition which was dismissed for default and only when the Respondent - University issued show cause notice to ensure that the orders of the Grievance Committee are implemented, that the Petitioners have started taking interest in the litigation. The learned Counsel for the Respondent - University states that in view of the non-compliance of the order of the Grievance Committee as per the concerned provisions of law, the notices have been issued. 3.
Therefore, we find there is no error in the said notices. The notices issued by the Respondent - University as per law will have to be taken to its logical end wherein the Petitioners will have their opportunity. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the notices issued by the Respondent - University. 4.
The Writ Petition is rejected.
