This Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is directed against the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, Latur in Revision No.64/2021. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, in all 4 (four) Change Reports of the Society are pending before the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, Latur. In the order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Misc. Inquiry No.435/2024, the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, Latur observed that, 'for the expedite disposal of Change Report the matter will be heard on every Monday from 02.06.2025 onwards and in case of holiday on Monday, on subsequent working day'. He submits that, despite the said order, the
2 WP/10543/2024 learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur is unable to conduct the matters expeditiously.

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 6 and the learned AGP for the State submit that, appropriate directions for time bound disposal of the matter before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, Latur, be issued.

The order passed by this Court on 28.04.2026 shows that, the learned AGP was asked to seek instructions as to the stage of the Change Reports and within what time the same would be decided. The learned AGP, on written instructions from the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, submits that, the concerned Authority is taking up the matters as per the chronologically and as per the readiness of the parties. He tenders across the bar the copy of the letter dated 08.06.2026 by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, addressed to the learned AGP. The same is taken on record and marked as Exh. 'A'.

It is stated in the said letter that, if the parties in the present trust / matters are willing for expedite disposal, they can very well apply for the same before him / her and same can be considered as per distribution of daily board. It is further stated that, at least six (6) months time be given to decide the matters.

Considering the above peculiar aspects of the matter i.e. the observation in the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, in Misc. Inquiry No.435/2024 for expeditious disposal of the Change Report and placing the matters on every Monday from 02.06.2025 and the said letter, the Writ Petition can be disposed of by the following order.
ORDER
(i) The learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, Latur, shall make every endeavour to follow its own order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Misc. Inquiry No.435/2024 and decide the matters within a period of 6 (Six) Months from the date of receipt of this order.
(ii) The learned AGP shall intimate the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Latur Region, Latur about this order. ( NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J. ) GGP
