Mr. Masal, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 states that action has been taken to implement the notice dated 14th August 2022 and 13th January 2023 issued by the Respondent No. 4 for removal of encroachment. He submits that in view of the said statement, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
