This petition has been filed to challenge the order dated 21 July 2015 without any explanation for inordinate delay. Besides, in paragraph 15 of this petition, the petitioners have pleaded that they have already filed RCS No. 93 of 2023 for a permanent injunction against the 1st respondent which is pending before the CJSD at Vadgaon Maval.

Learned counsel for the petitioners now seeks time upto day after tomorrow i.e. 28 August 2024 to obtain instructions about pursuing this petition.
