This petition has been filed to challenge the order dated July 2015 without any explanation or inordinate delay. Besides, in paragraph 15 of this petition, the petitioners have pleaded that they have already filed RCS No. 93 of 2023 for a permanent 28th August 2024

Learned counsel for the petitioners now seeks time upto day after tomorrow i.e. 28 August 2024 to obtain instructions about pursuing this petition. 3.

Accordingly, stand over to 28 August 2024 for direction/disposal."

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner based on the instructions from the Petitioner now seeks leave to withdraw this Petition and pursue other remedies including filing of application of restoration of RCS No. 93 of 2023 which is dismissed for non prosecution.

Leave is granted to withdraw this Petition with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of all parties are left open. 5.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
