By this Petition, the challenge is to the order dated 15th February 2024 passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner rejecting the Revision Application against the order dated 27th September 2019 accepting Change Report No.1772 of 2018.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the Application made to the Deputy Charity Commissioner was in respect of change which had occurred in the board of trustees. He submits that as per the constitution of the trust, which is at page 16 of Petition, the board of trustees are to be appointed in the general body meeting. He submits that as no notice was given of the said change, the Petitioner was not aware of the same.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 17th January, 2025. In addition to Court notice, advocate for the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date. 5.
