The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no.2-scrutiny committee. He is ready to adopt the reply filed by his brother, whose proposal is also simultaneously being considered by the committee. 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 27.09.2024. His request for adopting the reply filed by his brother shall be considered by the committee and the committee shall thereafter decide the proposal of the petitioner as well as his brother simultaneously, as expeditiously as possible.
