Heard Mr. Walawalkar, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Ms. Wani, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3.

Ms. Wani states that Advocate on record for the private Respondent is having medical emergency due to which affidavit in reply as also Vakalatnama has not been filed on behalf of the private Respondent. She would request the Court to adjourn the matter for two weeks. At her request, matter is adjourned to 26.08.2024. 3.

It is clarified that private Respondent as also other Respondents shall take cognizance of the order dated 25.07.2024 and accordingly address the Court on the next date. It is made clear that on the next date if affidavit in reply is not filed, this Court shall not await further and decide the present Writ Petition in accordance with law. 4.
