We are informed that in pursuance of our order dated 8 April 2025, the respondent No.1 has deposited an amount of Rs.19,79,775/- in this Court. As the orders in that regard stand complied, we would now proceed to hear the parties and pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 would also take instructions in view of the resolution passed in the meeting of the Trustee on 3 April 2025 on the petitioners contention to withdraw the said amount, as it is informed to us by Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner that 8 out of 11 trustees have no objection for withdrawal of amounts. Copy of the resolution of the trustees is placed on record.
