We have heard learned Counsel for the parties on the backdrop of our previous orders passed on this petition. In pursuance of our order dated 4 April 2025, an amount of Rs.19,79,775/- was deposited in this Court. Today learned Counsel for the petitioners as also learned Counsel for the respondents have tendered before this Court a copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees dated 14 April 2025 whereby the Board has now resolved that respondent No.1 shall pay an amount of Rs.21,000/- (Rupees Twenty one Thousand only) per month with effect from 1 April 2025 to Pujarikari in cash. They have also resolved that an amount of Rs.19,79,775/- as deposited in this Court be permitted to be withdrawn.

In this view of the matter and on a fair stand being taken in the said resolution, further adjudication of the petition does not call for. The petition is disposed of in terms of the following order:
ORDER
(i) The impugned order dated 5 July 2024 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, accordingly is quashed and set aside. (ii) The Resolution dated 14 April 2025 as passed by the Board of Trustees, shall continue to operate till it is modified by further appropriate resolution. A copy of the Resolution dated 14 April 2025 as passed by the Board of Trustees is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. (iii) The amount of Rs.19,79,775/- is permitted to be withdrawn by the authorized representative of the petitioners / Pujarikaris from this Court. The original letter of authority as also the details of the bank account be furnished to the Registry at the time of withdrawal. The Registry to do the needful accordingly.
(iv) We have not examined any other contentions of the parties. Any other contentions of the parties on any other issues are expressly kept open.
