Mr. S. P. Dighe causes his appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1. He seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply. 2.

Time is granted.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners has drawn attention of this Court to order dated 30th July, 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Avinash G. Gharote, J). However, according to him, since Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

57-WP-10595-2024.doc on that day Petitioners were not having a copy of order passed below Exhibit-5 in Application No.1 of 2021 which indicates that the dated 30th October, 2021 passed by the Chairman of Shri. Kalaram Sansthan, Panchwati, Nashik came to be stayed till the decision of the Application, no interim order was passed by this Court. 4.

It seems that atleast for period of three years from filing of the application the said order of stay was continued in favour of Petitioner. Hence, this Court finds no reason not to continue the said stay and accordingly order of stay to order dated 30th October, 2021 to continue till the next date of hearing.

Stand over to 24th September, 2024.

Reply, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing by furnishing advance copy to the other side.
