We are of the opinion that the dispute of the nature being canvassed in the present petition ought not to be litigated. The Chairman and the members of the Trust and the petitioners need to sit down and make an attempt to resolve the disputes and more particularly considering not only the scheme but also the historical background and the legacy of the Trust. 2.

We are hopeful that the parties would resolve the disputes, and this Court would not be required to delve on such issues and adjudicate the proceedings. 3.

We accordingly adjourn the proceedings to 3 April 2025. To be listed on the 'Supplementary Board'.

The parties shall meet tomorrow at 11.00 a.m. 5.

Stand over to 3 April 2025.
