The only prayer made in the writ petition is for consideration of the petitioner's representation to decide his grievance with regard to imposition of property tax. The petitioner has made various representations including one dated 10th August 2023 made to the Sarpanch in that regard.

In that view of the matter, it is directed that the petitioner's representation dated 10th August 2023 be considered by the respondent no.3-Block Development Officer as well as respondent no.4-Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Dingore, Taluka Junnar, Dist. Pune within a period of six weeks of receiving copy of this order. Keeping all points raised on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of.
