DATE: 29th July, 2024 P.C.:- 1] The petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer to issue directions to the 1st respondent to decide Revision Application No.238 of 2024 expeditiously. It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has not satisfied the mandate of Section 154(2)(b) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 by depositing 50% of the amount due.
2] In the light of aforesaid, subject to complying with the requirement of Section 154(2) of the said Act, the respondent no.2 shall proceed with the adjudication of the Revision Application in accordance with law expeditiously. The petitioner is free to make a prayer for interim relief in the aforesaid proceedings. If such prayer is 1/2

3] The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
