P.C. :- 1) The challenge in the present petition is to the notice dated 5 July 2024 issued by the Competent Authority by which an intimation is given to the Petitioner - licensee that the eviction action shall be conducted on 31 July 2024.

2) It appears that the Petitioner has suffered eviction order at the hands of the Competent Authority on 20 March 2024 on account of expiry of the license on 7 September 2023. It appears that the Petitioner has lodged a revision before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division in 1/2

Gayatri Shimpi 911-WP-10671-24.doc April 2024 but has failed to secure any interim order there. 3) In that view of the matter, no error can be traced in the notice dated 5 July 2024 seeking to execute the eviction order dated 20 March 2024. 4) Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
