The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- B.

By issuing appropriate writ or order and directions, appointment order to the candidates of the selection list who do not possess the validity certificate and thereby directed to delete the name of the said candidates from the selection list and for that purpose necessary directions be issued.

By issuing approirate writ or order and directions,, the respondent no. 3 may kindly be directed to add the name of the Shubham 1 of

21-WP-10695-2024(C).doc petitioner in selection list as he is possessing the validity certificate and considering the validity certificate of the petitioner of his tribal claim the respondent no. 3 be directed to issue the appointment order in the name of the petitioner and for that purpose necessary directions be issued.

We had asked the learned AGP to get telephonic instructions in respect of the recruitment process for the post of Talathi in view of the advertisement of the year 2023 for post of 4644 posts. Upon the instructions, the learned AGP makes a statement that the entire process under the said advertisement, Exhibit A, is complete. In view of the same, it appears that the petitioners have lost interest, and therefore we dispose of the petition.
