At the request of learned counsel for the Petitioners, stand over to 6 September 2024. List Writ Petition No. 10704 of 2024 along with this Petition.

Mr Akshay Hardas states that he is appearing in this matter along with Mr SS Patwardhan for the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. He states that Mr Patwardhan has already addressed the notice to the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation that he does not wish to appear in these matters because he is not receiving any instructions. Mr Hardas places on record the correspondence in this regard and requests that Mr Patwardhan may be discharged, appearing any further in this matter on behalf of the Corporation. 3.

Mr Patwardhan is accordingly discharged from appearing on behalf of the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. 4.

However, we direct the Petitioners to once again serve a fresh notice on the Corporation returnable on 6 September 2024. The Petitioner should file affidavit of service.
