The learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that the impugned order dated 07.08.2024, is passed by the respondent no.1 without affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. He has drawn attention to ground no.II in the petition to contend that a specific ground in this regard is raised and yet affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent is silent on respondent. Ground no.II does not indicate as to whether the notice referred by the petitioner is the notice in the sense of intimation of the matter being taken up by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner or notice to the respondents in the Revision Application.

Learned Addl.GP to take instructions with respect to the contention raised by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 07.08.2024 is passed without hearing the petitioner and file a copy of Record and Proceeding in the said Revision Application on record.
