The learned counsel for the Petitioner relies on the order passed in Writ Petition No. 8151 of 2024 and prays that similar order be passed. The Petitioner will give notice to Respondent Nos.6 and 7 and file affidavit of service annexing copy of this order. If no appearance is entered on behalf of Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in spite of service, it would be presumed that they are supporting the case of the Petitioner.
