This group of Petitions was mentioned in the morning stating that they have been transferred from the Aurangabad Bench of this Court to the principal seat to be heard along with the Writ Petitions which are pending at the Principal Seat. The matters were kept back for the Registry to examine whether the papers have been received. The Registry has placed the order dated 24 July 2024 on record referring to the directions of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice and referring to the corresponding numbers of the Petitions at Aurangabad and Principal Seat. The Registry has also informed that the process of giving final numbers is going on. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the reason for mentioning the matters is because there is an ad-interim order which will expire today and till the next date of hearing of this Petition at the Principal Seat, the same be extended.

Place the Petitions on Board on 12 August 2024 under the caption "For Directions" to ensure that all formalities of transfer are complete and suitable date can be given for hearing. Ad-interim relief, if any, in the Petitions which is in operation till today as per the order passed by the Division Bench at Aurangabad, to continue till the next date.
