Pursuant to the order dated 05/08/2024, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, from the ResidentNayab Tehasildar, Haveli-Pune submits that the date fixed for taking over possession was 29/08/2024. On that day, the borrower submitted that pursuant to directions issued by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, 25% of the amount of dues had been deposited.
