Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to place on record documents.

There is a dispute on the documents tendered by learned counsel for the respondent. Hence, the respondent is at liberty to place on record the documents, which she relies upon alongwith an affidavit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection to contribute the expenses towards the child as directed in the impugned order in clauses 2, 3, and 4 of the

66-WP-10813-24.doc operative order. So far as the direction in clause 5 is concerned, she submits that by way of an interim arrangement the petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month instead on Rs.50,000/- as directed.

By way of an interim arrangement, the petitioner is permitted to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month instead of Rs.50,000/- as directed in operative order clause 5.

List the petition on 12th November 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will place on record an affidavit regarding compliance of directions issued in the impugned order except the directions in clause 5. (GAURI GODSE, J.)
