After hearing the parties at length, learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 10813 of 2024 submits that the Darshan Patil

4-WP-17401-2024 Anr.doc documents relied upon by the Respondent have been placed on record for the first time, and she needs to take instructions about the various documents relied upon by the Petitioner to demonstrate the various accounts and various investments made by him. 2.

By opposing the said request, learned Advocate for the Respondent in Writ Petition No. 10813 of 2024 submits that in fact he had sent an email to the Petitioner long back in the month of January 2025 itself with the compilation of documents. However, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she needs to take instructions regarding the documents.

Therefore, it would be appropriate to grant some time to take appropriate instructions to learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 4.

List the matters on 23rd July 2025 in the same category. 5.

In the meanwhile, the Ad-interim relief granted by this Court to continue.
