PER COURT :- 1.

The Petitioners, in both these Petitions, are working as part time Instructors in the respective Schools for the past 9 to 10 years. The Zilla Parishad is attempting to recruit the private Respondents as part time Instructors in place of the Petitioners. 2.

In Writ Petition No. 10077 of 2024, the Zilla Parishad, Beed

wp10732.24- -2had made a statement that all such part time Instructors are likely to be absorbed in view of the Judgment of this Court, dated 08.05.2024, delivered at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No. 8786 of 2021 (Gayatri w/o Subhash Mule and othes vs. State of Maharashtra and others).

In view of the above, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 12.11.2024. The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. Shri Nangare, the learned advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6.

In the light of above, we direct that the Zilla Parishad shall not dispense with the services of the Petitioners, without the leave of the Court.
