The above Writ Petition was disposed of by requesting Respondent No.1 to decide the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from 1st October, 2024. We kept the matter today for reporting compliance.

Acceding to Mr. Patel's request, we direct that the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner (page 91 of the Paper-book) shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from today. We make it clear that we will grant no further extension.

We now place the matter for reporting compliance on 20th February, 2025.
