The only relief sought by the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of the revision application that has been preferred by them under Section 14 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies 1/2 ADN
43-WP-10819-2024 (C).doc Act, 1960, which is pending before the State Government. According to the Petitioner, pursuant to the order dated 19th December, 2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar steps have been taken to execute the same by the Recovery Officer. Though the revision application is pending, the prayer for stay is not being considered. 2.
In aforesaid facts, the following directions would serve the ends of justice :- (a) Within a period of two weeks from today, the Respondent No.1State Government shall consider the prayer for interim relief made on behalf of the Petitioner in the revision application that is pending before the State Government.
(b) The said prayer shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. The parties shall co-operate in the adjudication of the stay application.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. All points raised on merits are kept open.
