The writ petition was disposed of on 9th September 2024 by issuing directions to the respondent no.1 to consider the prayer for interim relief that was made by the petitioner in the revision application that is pending before the State Government. Since the interim direction not to take further steps in the matter was not reflected in the order dated 9th September 2024, the petitioner has moved a praecipe in that regard.

903-WP-10819-24.doc Rameshwar Dilwale instructions, submits that subject no.9 in the Annual General Meeting of the respondent no.1-Society scheduled to be held on 22nd September 2024 would not be discussed. He further submits that no coercive steps would be taken against the petitioners for recovering the amounts due till the prayer for interim relief is considered by the respondent no.1 and for a period of ten days thereafter. The aforesaid statements are recorded. Ordered accordingly.
