The Petition has been circulated and placed on the supplementary board today.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has expressed urgency in view of the Petitioner being superannuated on 1/2

910-wp-10833-2024.doc 31st March, 2026. He has submitted that he has been exonerated in the departmental proceedings and has sought for promotion to the post of Executive Engineer.

Mr. Abhijit Kulkarni, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 - Pune Municipal Corporation states on instructions that the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) is holding a hearing on 30th March, 2026. The Petitioner's application for promotion to the post of Executive Engineer will be considered at the said hearing. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
