Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of order dated 7th August 2024. He submits that there is a typographical error in paragraph 1 last line of the order. He submits that the submission in respect of the following words 'original application filed for divorce' has to be 'interim maintenance order dated 20th November 2009'.

He further submits that in the second last line of paragraph 2 the word 'adhoc' has been wrongly typed. He submits that he had made a submission that the petitioner would be in a position to pay an amount by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

17-WPST-11570-2024.docx of Rs. 4,00,000/- within eight weeks. He therefore submits that the word 'adhoc' in the second last line of paragraph 2 be deleted and in the last line instead of 'four weeks' it may be corrected as 'eight weeks".

He further submits that his appearance is wrongly typed as "Shivale" instead of "Shitole".

Hence, order dated 7th August 2024 be corrected as follows : (i) In the last line of paragraph 1 'original application filed for divorce' to be replaced with "interim maintenance order dated 20th November 2009".

(ii) In the second last line of paragraph 2 the word 'adhoc' to be deleted.

(iii) In the last line of paragraph 2 'four' to be replaced with 'eight'.

(iv) Appearance for the petitioner be corrected as 'Shitole' in place of 'Shivale'.

Original order dated 7th August 2024 to be corrected and the corrected order to be uploaded.
