2024.08.08 15:01:50 +0530 The Petitioner has been transferred from the office of the LATA SUNIL PANJWANI Respondent-Bank from Pali Road, Bandra(west), Mumbai to Jhalarpatan Branch at Kota Region under Jaipur Zone by order dated 21 June 2024.

The Petitioner is working as a Branch Manager. The Petitioner's post is transferrable. As can be seem from the pleadings in the petition, the Petitioner's case is entirely on the domestic and other problems. In the praecipe filed by the Petitioner, it is stated that Petitioner has submitted a representation.

According to us these issues such as domestic problems, personal hardships are for the Management to consider. If the Petitioner has not submitted a representation to the RespondentBank, the Petitioner shall do so within a period of three working days. If the Petitioner has already submitted a representation then the Respondent-Bank will consider the same on its own merits and communicate the decision to the Petitioner.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of two weeks from today.
