Mr. S. S. Kote i/b Mr. A. V. Hon learned Counsel who has caused appearance for the respondent nos.3 and 4 pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, seeks time to file reply.

Mr. S. T. Shelke, learned Counsel for the petitioner would point out that on several occasions earlier also, the concerned respondents have not filed their reply. He further pointed out that the fresh appearance is caused by the present learned Counsel in the month of October, 2025, however the reply has not yet been filed.

In the peculiar facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant two weeks time to file reply as a last chance. Let such reply be filed within two weeks, serving copy of the same upon Mr. S. T. Shelke, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4.
