It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court in the earlier round of litigation, an application dated 1st March 2024 was made to the Education Officer (Secondary). Though the said application was to be decided within a period of fifteen days of receiving the same, it is submitted that the same has not yet been decided.
