We have perused the communication dated 24th April 2024 that has been issued on behalf of the petitioners to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli. By that communication it has been pointed out that with regard to Kannada Medium there is no option provided on the 'Pavitra Portal' on the basis of which information with regard to surplus teachers could be seen or for taking steps for undertaking fresh recruitment could be undertaken. This communication is not yet replied by the respondent no.2 - Education Officer (Secondary).

The Education Officer (Secondary) shall file an affidavit
