1] Pursuant to the order dated 07/02/2025, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has filed an affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the Deputy Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur. It has been stated therein that final examinations for Academic Year 2024-25 would be concluded by 15/04/2025. Considering the fact that presently the School is being conducted at the secured asset and as the annual examinations are to conclude by 15/04/2025, the date for taking over possession of the secured asset pursuant to the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is fixed as 21/04/2025. It is open for the petitioners to obtain police protection in accordance with law.

2] List for reporting compliance on 24/04/2025. It is open for the petitioners to give due publicity of this order to the students taking education in the said School. Needless to state that the applicants in Interim Application No.12978 of 2024 shall also appraise the students of the aforesaid order.
