Perused the praecipe dated 03.09.2024, the order dated 29.04.2024 and the Writ Petition.

Mr. Darandale has drawn my attention to the order dated 29.04.2024 passed in the present Writ Petition. He would submit that Pune Municipal Corporation is now represented by Advocate and they are required to file their appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply as directed by this Court to the amended copy of this Writ Petition. 5.

He would submit that despite being served with amended copy of this Writ Petition, Pune Municipal Corporation have still not filed their Affidavit-in-Reply.

If that is the case, Pune Municipal Corporation is directed to file their Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from today. If they do not file the Affidavit-in-Reply, on the next date of hearing when this Petition is heard, this Court shall not await for their Affidavit-in-Reply and determine the present Writ Petition in accordance with law.
