The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that as regards the reference to non passing of the Teacher Eligibility Test ('TET), it Sneha Chavan

However, learned counsel for the Petitioners is not able to inform us that Petitioner No.1 in all the petitions have passed TET prior to the cut off date. At his request to take instructions stand over to 2 September 2024.
