Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that clause (B)(ii) of the impugned order indicates that the directions issued by the Presiding Officer of the University and College Tribunal, Pune, is required to be complied within two months. It is his further submission that if there is no compliance thereof, the same may attract provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply. Time is granted.

However, considering the apprehension of the petitioners, there would be stay to clause (B)(ii) of the impugned order till the next date of hearing.
