Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that by order dated 8th August 2024 this Court has restrained the Revenue Authorities from certifying any further mutation entry in respect of the subject land till the next date of hearing before this Court. He submits that the petition challenges the order of the Appellate Authority refusing to entertain the application for stay of the order. He submits that the Appeal is listed for hearing on 8th December 2024 and parties will argue the Appeal on merits and the interim relief may continue till the decision of Appeal.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 would not seriously oppose the request considering that the Patil-SR 1 of
25 Wp-10940-2024.doc interim order has been operating since 8th August 2024. 3.
In the light of above, petition stands disposed of. Interim order dated 8th August 2024 restraining the Revenue Authorities from certifying further mutation entry to continue till the final adjudication of appeal before the Appellate Authority and for a period of two weeks thereafter.
